Here's how we can help

EMDR Intensives

This Intensive Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) approach to therapy allows you to complete a full course of treatment within a fraction of the time that traditional therapy takes.

Following an intensives consultation appointment, you will be given a personalized plan to complete treatment over the course of 1-5 days.

Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy

Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) involves administering controlled doses of ketamine during psychotherapy sessions. Ketamine's dissociative effects can facilitate deep introspection and emotional processing, aiding in treating depression, PTSD, and other mental health conditions.

Christian Counseling

All of our clinicians at White Stone are professing Christians. While we do not compromise on biblical values in any of our approaches to therapy, Christian Counseling specifically brings the Christian faith into the center of therapy, where it is explicitly integrated and discussed openly.

Throughout the process our clinicians maintain their role of therapist and do not in any way serve the role of pastor, elder, etc.

Individual Counseling

Take part in one-on-one sessions with a licensed therapist. You will find a confidential space to explore personal challenges, emotions, and goals, while fostering self-awareness and promoting mental well-being.

Individual sessions are available both in-person and via telehealth.

Group Counseling

Joining a counseling group brings you alongside others who are facing similar challenges. Participants share experiences, provide support, and learn coping strategies together in a supportive environment. The group format can also be a means of making therapy more cost effective.

Couple's Counseling

Couples can expect to find a safe, supportive, and fair environment that provides care and guidance when things get hard.

Our clinicians are committed to holding hope for you and your partner when you find it hard to have hope for yourselves.
